Ron Edson will have an exhibit at the Eastham Public Library in the Turner Room March 1 – 31, with a reception 5 – 6:30PM on March 7. The exhibit will feature paintings of Victorian heroine Grace Darling and the rescue of the steamship Forfarshire in 1838, plus paintings of war collateral damage, rescue and resistance.

Philip Bergson will also be exhibiting at the Eastham Public Library in the Red Room March 1 – 31, with a reception 5 – 6:30PM on March 7. The exhibit will feature paintings that highlight the beauty of Cape Cod.
Robin Wessman is one of several artists featured at the Larkin Gallery, 104 Commercial St. in Provincetown in March. The exhibit contains paintings from his still life series.
Rebecca Gmucs and Jody Shyllberg are exhibiting in the Provincetown Art Association & Museum Members Open Show: Resist, March 8-May 5, with an opening reception: Friday March 8, 6PM.


Peggy Furness, Jody Shyllberg and Rebecca Gmucs will be exhibiting in the Creative Art Center Member Show from March 3 – 25 in Chatham, MA. The opening reception and awards presentation is Sunday, March 3, from 4 – 5:30PM.

Rebecca Gmucs received an Honorable Mention for her painting “Dark Sunset” in the current juried exhibit Opposites Attract at the Cape Cod Art Center in Barnstable, MA. The show runs through March 17.

Catherine Bergson and Rebecca Gmucs both completed the Strada Easel Challenge in January. This is Catherine’s 6th year participating in the Challenge in which artists complete a painting a day from life for 31 days and post on Strada’s Facebook page for a chance to win prizes.
