3 Women/ 3 Views will be presented at the Eastham Library for the entire month of September, with a reception September 5, 5-6:30PM. Margaret Furness, Joan Lockhart, and Dale Michaels Wade will show oil and pastel paintings of their special views of the Cape. All three women have painted plein air for many years, inspired by the special light of Cape Cod. Eastham Library is open Tuesday thru Sunday and is located on Samoset Road in Eastham.
Robin Wessman, Jody Shyllberg and Margaret Furness are showing in The Post Office Gallery juried exhibition, Chaos & Order, on exhibit until September 15 in the gallery located at 38 Shore Road, North Truro, MA.
Robin Wessman will be one of three artists featured at the Chapman Art Gallery‘s Three Person Show for the month of September.
Jody Shyllberg‘s pastel “Sunset Mooring” has been accepted into the Pastel Society of North Carolina’s Pure Color: Online International Juried Exhibition of Pastel Paintings. 150 paintings were chosen from 873 international submissions.
Catherine Bergson has recently been accepted as juried member of the Cape Cod Art Center in Barnstable, MA.
Catherine Bergson‘s painting, “Stony Brook Marsh,” is on display at the Museum of Natural History in Brewster for the months of September and October.
